We've been using lotion for my back massages because I break out easy, and was sure a massage oil would leave my skin pimply; but the problem with lotion is that it does not stay slippery. This massage oil DOES stay slippery, without feeling heavy and oily. The scent is subtle and relaxing. It also washes off nicely with plain water and a washcloth, leaving my skin feeling soft and unbothered by whatever they put in this stuff to make it. I'm very happy! I don't 'love' the roller ball as much as I thought I would. It's just ok.. I prefer my massage with hand. I think I would use it more if I was massaging myself. Overall rating 5/5, price is well worth it for the oil alone, and would repurchase and recommend!

If you want to use the ball effectively without it becoming a reservoir for bacteria and crud, it should be used dry and over clothing.The oil is decent but strong so I prefer to dilute with something fragrance free.

★★★★★ I read the reviews and decided to give the oil and massage roller a try b/c my partner wanted an oil that wasn't greasy/oily even after showering. Some of the reviews said the roller didn't work well. Our experience has been the opposite. With just a small amount on the roller, it glides over the skin and you can put as much pressure to give another way to relax muscles and ease tension. It also gives my hands a rest! There is no odor and the oil absorbs into the skin immediately.
