This book has a gentle, thoughtful mode of explaining concepts of reflexology. Louise Keet adds in other healthful suggestions that allow the reader to experience care giving in a more holistic manner. Her directions are easy to follow and organize.

The book is so amazing in deed ! Easy to understand with lots of photos and clear explanations. It is a size A5 I believe,easy to carry around,400 pages and shiny thick cover. I purchased as a gift for a friend and honestly I now wish it was mine 🙂 It has even statistics results on the outcome when people were treated with reflexology. From the preparation of the patient,the doctor to after treatment procedure and behaviour. It even advices what to ask your patient before and after the treatment,what else you have to consider when treating someone with reflexology. It even teaches how to eat correct and which food helps which decease and which foods are bad for us and why. The content is in alphabetic order so you can easily browse through and quickly find the subject you are looking for. I am impressed and will surely try to get more time for me to go through the book a little bit more before I give it away. Thank you so much !
