★★★★★ Wife says it works better than anything else she has ever tried including the Australian Dream that she has used for a long time! It is used on her failing knees mostly. Had one knee replaced twice before. Only complaint she and I have is the pump leaves a lot of the lotion in the bottom of the pump bottle. So I take and cut the plastic bottle with a sharp razor knife just above the remaining lotion so she can dip her fingers in and use the remainder. Put a plastic sandwich baggy over the open cut off bottle so what remains won't dry up. To expensive not to get it ALL out, but it really works very well!

I was a bit hesitant about the price, but only a very small amount of the gel is needed to be effective, so I expect the bottle to last for quite a long time. My knees are usually very stiff after running or working out. I rub a dab of the gel into the back of my knees after working out and the stiffness does not appear. Also, I had my knee scoped for a torn meniscus years ago. The inside of my knee still gets sore in that spot and this gel really helps. I also use this for some occasional soreness in my elbows from lifting hand weights. Again, you simply rub in a small amount of the gel into the ailing area. I think it has a very pleasant smell and so little is used that is not messy.
