I wanted an essential oil to help with sleep that was not lavender for my son. This oil has a very pleasant chamomile scent that is not overpowering. My son enjoys it in a humidifier very much.I have also used the oil to rub on my temples and find it very relaxing.
I ordered the chamomile, it is Labeled as Chamomile but it is most definitely Cinnamon.I have been using essential oils for over 10years I know my oils. This was the first time I ordered from them. Extremely disappointed.
Be careful with this if you have allergies to ragweed as this is in the same family. I broke out in a red swelling rash on my face. I was making a facial eczema salve. To make sure you’re not allergic to chamomile oil when applied topical, test a little with a carrier oil applied to area on your face. I have no issues with chamomile tea, just the chamomile oil topical.
