★★★★★ I am not one who usually uses massage oil as I have a sensitivity to smells. I was a bit leery to try this as it has lavender and I am most sensitive to that smell in particular. When it came in the mail, it came in a simple clear plastic bag. The instructions are printed right on the bottle and are easy to read. There is also an ingredient list and as I've learned the item on top is the most used ingredient and the item on bottom is the least. lavender was a t the very bottom, so I decided to give it a go.My back has been giving me problems for a few nights, so I tried it on my back. The smell had a nice piney scent to it and it didn't bother me at all. The bottle comes with a pump and a click top, so you can choose how ever you would prefer to dispense it. We chose the pump top. It dispensed easily (not like some pump tops get stuck). This absorbs at just the right speed, so you are not left feeling greasy. I was able to sleep the whole night and woke up with out a sore back. I think this really helped.
