I bought this chair for when I come home from work and my back and neck are not pain tolerable from the day and it truly helps. I didn’t give it 5 stars because it doesn’t go high enough up my back or low enough down my back to make it the perfect massage that my body needs. I also need to sit on a pillow to get the neck massager to reach the exact point of my pain, even though it is adjustable. I do realize they make this chair for all body types so it would not be a perfect fit for everyone, but it gets the job done.
