I was very excited to receive this item but very disappointed as it doesn’t have the vibrations up on the shoulders at all will not be buying again. Without the vibrations on the shoulders as well it makes more pain than relief .

This heated massage wrap is perfect for loosening the tight and tired muscles on your shoulder and back. The soothing heat is relaxing and the vibration massage provides relief for the tense muscles after a long day at work. The vibration massage has three different intensities with two massage programs. The heat and massage features can be used together or independently. The wrap is weighted so it provides comfort, calmness and relaxation for your sore back. When placed on your shoulder a magnetic closure helps to keep it in place. It also has an auto shut off feature that will turn the unit off in 30 minutes. The outer shell is very soft and plush against your skin. I really enjoy my massage wrap and I highly recommend it. I also think that it makes great gift for anyone.
