LiBa stick is great for self massage! help me reach those pain points on the back and bottom of feet. it s pretty sturdy, too. the two ends snap together tightly and does not wiggle. I purchased multiple of it to share with my family.

This trigger point massager is well worth the money. It has several knobs placed at just the correct spacing to get at the trigger points at the base of your neck. It also comes apart for easy travel. It also has a great handle to get those knots at the top of your shoulders.
