Great product. t’s easy to use and of great quality. The extraction tools are sturdy. No assembly required and has multiple uses. Steam action takes only a couple of minutes to start up which I think is quick. The only disadvantage I can point out is if you’re steaming your face in an area with some kind of wind flowing (from air conditioner or fan) you’ll need a towel to put over your head and the steamer to keep it directed at you.

The facial steamer feature is what I wanted, and it works fine. The directions suggest putting a towel over your head, but I don’t like doing that. I tried the “warm towel” feature and it is not great — the space for the towel (ie, washcloth, and only a small one) is tiny; it comes out too hot to touch, then within a minute cools to the point of uselessness. I havent used it as a humidifier. Can’t see the point, with such a small water reservoir. (It might hold 2 cios of water at a stretch, not more.)

Worked great first day…after second use, it started to shoot out hot water when using the facial steamer very disappointed!! Cleaned and drained it out for third use it still continued to shoot hot water out causing serious pain and burns..
