Love this towel warmer. It works great – very fast and turns itself off after a certain time limit. The only thing I could criticize is that the handle on the lid is a very cheap looking plastic fake wood. I would have just preferred a matching plastic handle.

Only reason I say 4.75 stars is, the top/lid is non-weighted cheap plastic, even the “wood” handle. It takes the luxury aspect of such an item down a notch. But the product really does work well. Heats a full bath sheet to a very toasty temperature, making the moment the hot water turns off not so bad 😉

Really like the product. Have had other towel warmers that didn’t seem to get that warm but this one gets toasty warm. Seems to be good quality and I’m glad I purchased it.
