I wanted to learn about both acupressure and reflexology. This book gave me more than the basics. It is a well written and easy to understand book. I walked away with a handy lifelong resource. I noticed an improvement the first time I tried reflexology on my feet. I felt better and the added bonus was that my sore achy feet felt wonderful. Each time I practice the principles on myself, I improve yet again. Reflexology and acupressure are a compliment to what I already do for my health. What an asset, to be able to apply the principles on my hands at any time or place. No supplies or medication is necessary to help eradicate my health issues. I recommend that you buy this book and try these methods so you see for yourself the helpfulness of reflexology and acupressure. This is the only book I will need on the subject. Look no further.

Lots of great info for the beginner and those of us needing a refresher. Very helpful! I wanted to start acupuncture and needed indepth guides for pressure points. This book gave me pretty much what I wanted for my purposes (pain relief) I recommend it highly.
